Rise Above Development is a new youth centre, sports facility and community garden built in the heart of Lavender Hill.

The centre is currently home to a music studio, computer lab, library, ablutions, sports facilities and a community garden, with plans to build a cafe, outdoor theatre, multipurpose dance studio in 2024.
