Rise Above Development is a new youth centre, sports facility and a community garden being built in the heart of Lavender Hill, collectively known as Rise Above Developments Urban Youth Oasis or RAD for short. 

 

The centre will be home to a music studio, computer lab, library, internet cafe, outdoor theatre and sports facilities.
